Drive slowly along Back Lane looking left for a Water Recycling Centre sign, turn left where there is space to park at the start finish of the loop.

Meet @ 0845 for preamble, kit change, nutrition placement

= 6.8miles / 10.95kms

3x (1 Loop @ MP, 1 Loop @ Easy Pace)

= 20.4miles / 32.84kms

= 23.8miles / 38.3kms

At the end of each block of MP, wait for those behind you - either jog back and forth along Back Lane or take on nutrition. We will regroup and run each easy loop together.

Things to bring:

Water, gels, easy run daps, race daps, change of clothes etc Tea, coffee, cake etc

Things to consider:

Big brekkie, positive attitude and it's worth putting the map on your watch. Garmin Connect>Training & Planning>Courses>Import and use the links at the top of the page to download the map

I would recommend running anticlockwise as it is the shortest line and the better side of the road to run on. TBC.
